We are so glad you dropped by. If you are looking for a church while visiting the area or are looking for a local church to call your home we would love to meet with you.
Our Sunday morning gathering is a time for worship, celebration, fellowship, challenge, reflection and healing. We are an informal group who love people and want you to feel comfortable and accepted.
We use different means of worship to help you experience God in order to receive the message of hope, He has for you.
We have a Kingdom Kids corner that the children, aged 4 to 11 head to part way through the service.
Greg Card is the pastor at Pennfield Baptist. He is the main teacher and gives leadership as the church prepares for serving.
Greg is married to Angie. They enjoy visiting with people, attending Sea Dogs hockey games and hanging out with their grandchildren.
1) The Bible is God's written Word to humanity, only understood correctly as it is revealed by the Holy Spirit.
2) The Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit IS God. The only true God who is worthy to be glorified, honored, and praised.
3) All mankind is condemned in Adam. All have sinned and fallen short of God's glory.
4) Mankind's only hope of salvation and reconciliation to God is in Christ.
5) The Church is Jesus' bride which he bought with His shed blood on the cross.
6) The Church is the body of Christ of which Jesus is the Head and those who have received new life in Christ Jesus are her members.
7) The members of the Church are privileged and obligated to serve God for the purpose of bringing Him glory.

OUR VISION ~ SHARE
We are commanded to share the Good News of Jesus Christ but what does this mean in a practical sense? Jesus' message is "... the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes..." (Romans 1:16). Jesus made a way to restore our relationship with God our creator. We share our faith in this Good News because this simple message can change peoples lives forever!
OUR VISION ~ CONNECT
We strive to connect with our community. We are commanded to love the LORD our God with all that we are AND to love our neighbour as ourselves. The ministries of our church are designed to strengthen our love for God and to demonstrate God's love to a hurting world. Feeling loved is wonderful but knowing that your relationship with God has been restored and that you are loved by God is awesome!
OUR VISION ~ GROW
The bible commands us to "..grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.." (2 Pet. 3:18). Personal growth; praying & reading the bible, learning more about Jesus is our mindset as we travel through life. We want to grow the local church, whether it’s out church or another in the community. You are invited to church, God will lead you to the right one!
OUR VISION ~ SERVE
We desire to "love our neighbour" by serving God. In practical terms this means "..to visit orphans and widows in their distress.." (James 1:27). In other words, caring for those in need in our community. We support local charities and programs on a daily basis. Are you in need? We care about your spiritual needs but are there other needs as well? Contact us, we are here to serve all of God's creation.
OUR VISION ~ BUILD
We are committed to the vision of building God's kingdom on Earth, both locally and globally. "...Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." (Mark 16:15). We support missionaries and ministries throughout the World and we work for our communities locally. Will you consider the Good News of Jesus and His love for you.
